When Nucleix asked us to take on the project, we knew we were facing a fascinating challenge. The company, which specializes in liquid biopsies, developed its EpiCheck platform, an innovative technology for early detection of bladder cancer using a simple urine test. Our task was to translate the platform's user manuals into 12 languages in order to give people worldwide access to this life-saving tool.
The challenge was twofold: we were asked to translate complex medical and technological information with maximum precision and, at the same time, to complete the entire project within a tight schedule. Our team of experts, including translators and editors with experience in the medical field, worked simultaneously on all languages. During the translation process, we also made necessary graphic adjustments to ensure that the information was presented clearly and accurately in every language.
This project showcased our ability to combine our spheres of expertise in medical translation, technological translation and complex project management. Ultimately, not only did we complete the customer’s project to their full satisfaction, but we also contributed to making life-saving technology accessible to a global audience. This is a perfect example of how our professional translations bridge language and cultural divides and have direct positive impacts on people’s lives.
