Transcribing and translating the Eichmann trial

The Goldmans were asked to tape, translate, and transcribe the Eichmann trial. For Aliza, herself a Holocaust survivor who had been a young girl during the Second World War, this was an emotional closing of the circle. During the trial, she made sure to oversee the Hever staff personally.

Assisting the Agranat Commission of Inquiry

Immediately after the Yom Kippur War, a state commission of inquiry was set up. Hever Translations was chosen to record, transcribe, and translate the discussions, with plaudits for our staff from participants.

President Sadat’s visit to Israel

In November 1977, during Anwar Sadat’s historic visit to Israel, Hever Translations supported his speeches and meetings, including at the Knesset and Yad Vashem. Our team recorded, transcribed, and translated everything in Hebrew, Arabic, and English in real time.

The commission of inquiry into the events at Sabra and Shatila

In 1982, Hever Translations recorded, transcribed, and translated the work of the state commission investigating the Sabra and Shatila massacre in Lebanon. The sensitive, Top-Secret discussions were transcribed on-site with utmost accuracy.

Translating and transcribing the Demjanjuk trial

The Demjanjuk trial took place at Binyanei HaUma in Jerusalem, and Hever Translations handled the recording, transcribing, and translating, transmitting it worldwide. Our team worked intensively, with transcriptionists operating at a rapid pace.

Transcribing the peace process

The signing of the peace agreement with Jordan: the ceremonies were recorded, transcribed, and translated by Hever Translations’ operational teams. Hever Human Resources provided logistical and admin staff to assist with the events.
